Technial Project Manager II

📋 Description

• Own delivery across multiple projects or complex scopes.
• Manage client relationships at the project level to ensure outcomes.
• Lead cross-region coordination across regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Oversee technical implementation across telecom infra, cabling, AV, security, and networks.
• Mentor junior PMs and strengthen PMO discipline through coaching.
• Identify workflow improvements and propose additional technical services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• 6+ years PM experience in AEC or professional services.
• PMP required; PgMP, PfMP, and others are a plus.
• Strong contract terms and PSA/ASA documentation.
• Proficient with Asana, MS Project, Procore, Navisworks, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to read design docs and coordinate dependencies.
