Technical Account Lead

📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in São Paulo, with three days per week in the office.
• Own technical account management for clients in Brazil, supporting data platforms and software
• Act as a trusted technical partner to client IT stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead data discovery, assess client data and systems, ensure data quality, and investigate data
• Coordinate with client and global internal teams to deliver data solutions that meet requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or
• Native Portuguese and professional English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with cross-functional delivery teams and owning technical account activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management; translate complex data concepts for technical
• Strong SQL skills; ability to query, validate, and investigate data; Python knowledge required
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (data-processing, cloud data environments); Azure desirable.
