Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with customers to develop technical success plans.
• Advise on platform architecture, integrations, and optimizations.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and translate concepts.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption with no-code solutions.
• Deliver workshops, trainings, and enablement activities.
• Guide complex implementations and governance best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in a technical customer-facing role.
• At least 3 years platform delivery at L4 SOLV level.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing ops, Industry 4.0, industrial software.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, databases, related concepts.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
