Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Nurture strategic relationships with key customers and be their trusted advisor
• Guide successful implementation and deeper use of mabl's testing platform
• Help customers achieve business and technical objectives with mabl
• Troubleshoot test implementations and escalate issues across the mabl ecosystem
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Support to monitor customer experience and engagement
• Represent mabl at events and speaking engagements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years working with enterprise customers in TAM or similar roles
• Self-starter with collaborative spirit and team mindset
• Experience with front-end web technologies and APIs
• Strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and helpful disposition
• Experience with core JS, CSS/XPath selectors, and Web APIs
• Professional experience with test automation and/or DevOps tools
