📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their technical
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal account teams
• Develop a detailed understanding of customers' operational environments and technology
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application programming interfaces (APIs), and related technical

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or a similar
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline is welcome
• Strong technical literacy, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot hardware, software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships, managing expectations, and
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer operations, identify business needs

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: CAD $93,075–$120,450, depending on location, relevant knowledge, skills, and
