📋 Description

Build technical knowledge of Mindbody products and services.
Manage a designated portfolio of Mindbody customers as TAM.
Educate customers on product features to maximize value.
Act as single point of contact to coordinate resolution of inquiries.
Track time, milestones and KPIs; meet internal and external deadlines.
Collaborate cross-functionally to share knowledge and improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
3 years client-facing, high-level customer support experience.
1 year Mindbody technical role; 2+ years preferred.
Project management or coordination experience preferred.
Proficiency in Mindbody core software; strong verbal/written communication.
Proficiency in Mindbody add-on products preferred.
