Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct the technical operations for clients.
• Coordinate technical issues for campaign launch and running process.
• Support technical integration between rtb.com and client’s e-commerce platform
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns.
• Propose optimization solutions for processes to achieve internal and external goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in tech support, analytics, and campaign optimization in digital marketing.
• HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python, or API integration experience.
• Experience with debugging tools (Chrome DevTools) and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical skills.
• Motivated with willingness to learn; good time management.
