Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as main technical contact for a dedicated RTB House book of business.
• Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues and tag discrepancies.
• Monitor pacing and delivery to meet budgets and client goals.
• Ensure RTB House tracking codes work across client sites; troubleshoot as needed.
• Support knowledge sharing, training, and best practices across TAM team.
• Collaborate with clients to drive campaign success and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years as TAM or Campaign Manager.
• Strong technical aptitude; quickly learn our DSP to optimize client performance.
• Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP.
• Familiar with product feeds; interpret data in Excel or data analysis tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics; interpret data in platform.
• HTML, JavaScript or Python knowledge a plus.
