Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding for TikTok Shop with AfterShip Channels from kickoff to go-live.
• Connect and configure merchant integrations between storefront and TikTok Shop; sync products, orders, inventory; troubleshoot issues (SKU mapping, variants, bundles).
• Navigate TikTok Shop platform logic: API constraints, policy and whitelist nuances, and fulfillment (FBT) and returns rules.
• Teach merchants to use Feed and adopt advanced features for independent operation.
• Drive onboarding outcomes: get merchants live and healthy within ~30 days and promote advanced-feature adoption.
• Guide merchants beyond setup: optimize listings and use AfterShip Feed and Affiliates to grow presence and sales on TikTok Shop.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role - technical account management, solutions, implementation, or technical onboarding in SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace/integrations technology.
• Genuine technical fluency: APIs and integrations, data mapping across systems, and structured troubleshooting; diagnose why something isn’t working.
• A strong educator: translate technical concepts into clear guidance and teach merchants to operate independently.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure across multiple accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible technical conversations with merchants and platform partners.
• Ownership mindset - treat accounts as yours to grow and protect.
