Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute success plans, value roadmaps, and reviews.
• Advise customers on best practices, policies, and architecture.
• Coach teams to be self-sufficient with enablement sessions and guidance.
• Conduct health checks, monitor adoption, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Support/Engineering and communicate escalations.
• Share use cases, lessons learned, and optimization ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Professional Services Consultant or TAM; strong exec/architect presenting.
• Proxies, Next-Gen Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, encryption gateways.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, MDM, and Cloud APIs.
• Experience with large enterprise customers (Fortune 500 a plus).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python/Perl).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, SOX).
