Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Build deep, long-lasting relationships with customers as their go-to technical advisor.
• Guide implementation and optimization of Okta's Workforce Identity solutions.
• Design identity strategies aligned with customers' business objectives.
• Drive adoption and retention by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively share product insights and deliver enablement sessions to drive success.
• Remote role; reside in Pacific, Mountain, or Central US time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of information technology, cloud platforms, or software industry experience.
• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or comparable role (e.g., Technical Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect).
• 1+ years in identity and access management (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, security best practices).
• Strong knowledge of identity federation and access control models (SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience deploying SaaS apps and managing integrations (Salesforce, Box, Office 365, Workday) and SCIM provisioning.
• BA/BS/MS in CS/IT or related field; Okta Certified or CISSP preferred.
