🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to calibrate communication style based on
• Excellent account leadership skills with good organizational understanding of customers
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are being met
• Strong problem-solving ability, thinking on your feet in real-time, and reducing pressure and
• Experience designing and following a structured approach to solving complex problems
