📋 Description

• Cultivation of customer confidence and delivery of positive, account-wide technical outcomes
• Deep discovery and development of a roadmap of shared objectives
• Engage effectively at all levels of the customer
• Proactively engage, anticipate and preempt customer needs
• Act as eyes and ears of the product team, surfacing new requirements and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and account leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Problem-solving skills with calm, authoritative technical leadership
• Experience building, maintaining, tuning, and troubleshooting mission-critical production database
• Familiarity with modern service architectures
