πŸ“‹ Description

  • Serve as senior technical contact for strategic accounts; own escalations and complex integrations.
  • Lead discussions with customer leadership on technical strategy, incidents, and risk.
  • Define and implement onboarding, integration delivery, and account health best practices.
  • Build deep knowledge of customers' business models and tech stacks.
  • Partner with developers and senior engineers for guidance and solution design.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development to tailor platform capabilities and feed roadmap insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering in fintech/payments
  • Proven track record of leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API tools (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger)
  • Hands-on experience with server-side languages (Golang, Python, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with servers and databases: Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Fluent English and Portuguese are a plus; Spanish is a plus
