Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs/CTOs/enterprise architects as strategic advisor.
• Collaborate with AEs and Partner Managers to align technical adoption priorities.
• Maintain a clear view of customer architecture and advise on product integration.
• Develop and own Adoption Plans aligned to customer strategies; track progress.
• Lead technical kickoffs and adoption enablement activities (workshops, reviews).
• Prototype and lightly integrate solutions; coordinate with Specialists for heavy builds.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep adoption expertise across Mendix, Graph Studio, AI Cloud, SAS.
• Experience in technical customer management, consulting, or presales in software.
• Lead workshops, account reviews, and adoption enablement activities.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt with CIOs/CTOs/enterprise architects.
• Architectural advisory and hands-on integrations; prototyping.
• Degree in CS, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees welcome.
