Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Participate in customer calls as a facilitator and coordinator, ensuring discussions remain
• Maintain clear, professional communication between customers and internal stakeholders, including
• Track project progress, milestones, updates, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Review and understand Statements of Work (SOWs), helping ensure project execution remains aligned
• Prepare detailed, structured meeting notes and document decisions, responsibilities, and action
• Follow up consistently with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and outstanding tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, or software environments.
• Strong spoken and written English skills suitable for direct communication with clients.
• Basic understanding of project management processes, workflows, and deliverable tracking.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Professional and confident communication style, including during video calls with customers and
