Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Develop deep relationships with customers (scientists, IT managers, stakeholders)
• Act as main contact for post-go-live Success Package delivery; manage multiple accounts
• Proactively partner with CX and sales to optimize Benchling and enable expansion
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect customer success (budget, scope, adoption)
• Lead projects: configure and maintain Benchling tenants and accelerators
• Proactively maintain and grow product knowledge and service delivery knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Active Benchling experience; lead customer-facing engagements
• BS or MSc in life sciences (Molecular Biology/Biochem/Genetics/Bioengineering) required
• Experience in a lab or research setting; empathy with scientists
• Skilled in PM tools: LucidChart, Smartsheets, Jira, Certinia
• Strong written and verbal communication; connect with scientists and stakeholders
• Autonomous, proactive; bonus: SQL, API integration, Python
