📋 Description

• Become an expert in building and customizing AI Agents for customer experiences.
• Bridge business needs and tech by analyzing processes and translating to solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with B2B customers; 3+ years in TAM or solutions consulting.
• Hands-on tech: prompt engineering, JavaScript or Python, APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong English and Polish; explain complex concepts and ROI clearly.
• Independent engagement: map processes, translate to technical solutions, drive implementation.
• Relationship-building with multiple stakeholders; consultative approach.
• Project management, problem-solving, ownership; thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with AI Agents, chatbots, CRM, or customer service tech.
• Enterprise projects with C-level stakeholders; CS and implementation.
