Technical Account Manager - AI for Martech

📋 Description

• Build strong client relationships by understanding goals, challenges, and AI opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and translate into actionable project plans and metrics.
• Lead AI implementation end-to-end from business case to deployment.
• Act as strategic advisor; facilitate discovery and AI adoption opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding: business analysis, requirements, design, and delivery planning.
• Translate insights into technical specs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Management Eng, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years in account/project management or customer-facing roles in Martech/AI/SaaS.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and enterprise relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving; able to prioritize and work independently.
• Understanding of ETL, data architectures, and tech-driven solutions.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
