Technical Account Manager - AI for Martech

📋 Description

• Build client relationships by understanding goals and AI opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and translate into actionable plans, metrics, value props.
• Lead AI implementations end-to-end: planning, onboarding, deployment, optimization.
• Act as strategic advisor; facilitate discovery workshops; identify optimization.
• Coordinate onboarding: business analysis, requirements, solution design, delivery planning.
• Translate insights into technical specs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field with strong technical aptitude.
• 3–5 years in account/project management or customer-facing roles in Martech/AI/SaaS.
• Manage multiple stakeholders; build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
• Excellent problem-solving; able to work independently in a fast-changing env.
• Understanding of ETL, data architectures, and tech-driven solutions.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; strong business-focused communication.
