Technical Account Manager - AI for Martech

📋 Description

• Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and AI-driven transformation.
• Analyze customer needs and translate into actionable project plans and success metrics.
• Lead AI implementation end-to-end: business case, planning, onboarding, deployment.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and support AI adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding: analysis, requirements, design, and delivery planning.
• Translate insights into technical specs and collaborate with internal tech, data, and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, project management, or customer-facing roles in Martech, AI, SaaS, or complex IT.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data architectures, and technology-driven business solutions.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
