Technical Account Manager - AI for Martech

📋 Description

• Build strong client relationships by understanding goals and AI-driven transformation.
• Analyze customer needs and translate into actionable project plans and success metrics.
• Lead AI implementations end-to-end from business case to deployment.
• Act as strategic advisor to clients; facilitate discovery and AI adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding: business analysis, requirements, and delivery planning.
• Translate insights into technical specs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in management, economics, marketing, or related field with strong technical aptitude.
• 3-5 years in account/project/customer-facing roles in Martech, AI, SaaS, or IT.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data architectures, and technology-driven business solutions.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
