• Build trusted partner relationships and provide high-quality support

• Lead high-touch deployments, including DNS, migrations, and transfers

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated AI tool usage to boost productivity
• Advanced WordPress administration, Site Editor, patterns, and templates
• Strong web tech knowledge: DNS, accessibility, performance, SEO, ecommerce
• Experience supporting/web projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written/verbal English communication
• Strong project management and ability to balance thoroughness with momentum
