Technical Account Manager BAL

📋 Description

• Conduct the technical operations for our top clients in the Baltics and Balkan markets
• Technical support for new and existing clients by phone and email regarding all technical aspects of the campaigns
• Management of all technical issues with regard to campaign launching and running process
• Technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform
• Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• Experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles), Google Tag Manager is nice to have
• Experience in using Google Analytics 4 will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
