📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers
• Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans, designed to maximize
• Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to both business and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a directly comparable role in
• Demonstrated technical expertise: hands-on with a high-level programming language (such as Java
• Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and DevOps topics (especially Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and advise both technical and business stakeholders
• Strategic problem solving with a collaborative, impact-driven mindset; able to tailor approaches to
• Willingness to spend time on-site with clients (up to 50%)
