📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers
• Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans, designed to maximize
• Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to both business and
• Identify and remove execution risks by proactively conducting platform and solution health checks

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or a directly comparable role in
• Demonstrated technical expertise: hands-on with a high-level programming language (such as Java
• Solid understanding of modern solution architectures and associated paradigms, including DevOps
• A proven track record of building trusted relationships and providing advisory services to both
• Strategic problem solving competencies with a collaborative, impact-driven mindset; comfortable
• Willingness and flexibility to spend time on-site with clients as account needs dictate (up to 50%
