Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Customer-facing technical role to drive adoption, value realization, and outcomes.
• Advise on platform architecture, integrations, and advanced use cases.
• Lead technical conversations with stakeholders and translate concepts into practical
• Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and design scalable no-code solutions.
• Deliver workshops, trainings, and enablement activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Eng, Technical Account Mgmt, etc.).
• At least 3 years of platform delivery experience at the L4 SOLV level.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, industrial software, or digital
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, databases, and related concepts.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and digital transformation initiatives.
