Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts, including end-to-end knowledge of customer's
• Partner with customers and Customer Experience teams through onboarding and rollout, including
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Run regular check-ins and business reviews covering technical health, adoption, risk, and goals
• Monitor account health, agent coverage, and usage patterns; identify gaps and recommend
• Create and drive technical success plans aligning customer objectives with Cyberhaven capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on EDR/DLP endpoint experience
• Expertise with DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions
• 3+ years in a Technical Account Management, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Professional Services
• Demonstrated ability to own customer technical outcomes from implementation through steady-state
• Hands-on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting SaaS-based security and/or endpoint
• Proven experience resolving escalated technical customer issues and working directly with
