Technical Account Manager - Enterprise

📋 Description

• Work with Plaid's most strategic Enterprise customers as their technical expert, helping them use
• Own the post-sales technical strategy and alignment with customers, ensuring our mutual roadmaps
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer integrations and drive adoption of Plaid's
• Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders at every level, from engineers to CPOs
• Advocate for customers by translating their feedback into product insights for internal teams, and
• Serve as the escalation point for technical incidents or issues that surface beyond normal Plaid

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client-facing, technology-focused roles that combine business expertise
• Proven ability to independently manage complex customer relationships and develop technical
• Strong technical foundation across APIs, databases, system infrastructure, and architecture
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence technical decision-makers and
• Proactive, customer-first problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to
