🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Strong communication to build rapport with customers at various levels.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced startup.
• Understanding of workflows in services, software dev, marketing, and PMO.
• Experience with CRM tech such as Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Apollo, Front, and others.
• Ability to operate across regional time zones.
