Technical Account Manager, Financial Institution Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead technical strategy and roadmap with financial institutions and fintechs.
• Develop the integration roadmap and account plan with Partnership Managers.
• Complete technical scoping and launch new API integrations.
• Bridge engineering, product, and data partners on high-impact issues.
• Document and communicate tech/roadmap updates to teams for planning.
• Establish external relationships with engineers to CTOs and validate needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a client-facing or technology-focused role blending business and tech.
• Experience managing external relationships and executing partner tech strategies.
• Strong PM and communication; explain tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, systems, and architecture.
• Self-starter with troubleshooting and deductive/inductive reasoning.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across teams.
