• Work with fintech customers to leverage Plaid for business and technical goals
• Own post-sales technical strategy and align roadmaps with customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing, tech-focused role
• Independently manage customer relationships and technical strategies
• Tie technical solutions to business KPIs and revenue
• Excellent project management and clear communication
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, and architectures
• Experience with Postman, SQL, and monitoring dashboards a plus
