Technical Account Managers are experienced Architects who support strategic clients.
Engage with client CTOs and admins; manage technical aspects of accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan engagement and milestones.
Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform and deployments.
Advise on long-term technical strategy and integration with client systems.
Support advanced use cases including edge computing and ML-Ops.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
Fluent in French and English.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Experience with pre- and post-sales engagements.
Proficient with Linux, IAM tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Hands-on Kubernetes experience; familiarity with Hadoop/Spark.
