Technical Account Manager - GRC/Identity Governance

📋 Description

• Serve as SME for Fastpath: access risk, SoD, and reports.
• Advise customers to maximize value from Fastpath deployments and ROI.
• Deliver remote services: configuration, onboarding, SoD training, and reporting.
• Resolve high-priority issues: data accuracy, certification campaigns, risk.
• Track updates and communicate changes to customers; influence roadmap.
• Document environments and evidence to enable faster root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in advisory or success roles focused on access governance.
• Strong background in compliance, audit, and ITGC; SoD expertise.
• Hands-on with ERP/HCM/CRM apps (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with Fastpath or similar GRC/IGA tools (SoD, access reviews).
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional compliance projects.
