📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical liaison after the sales process; help customers adopt and optimize
• Provide advanced technical support by partnering with product/engineering to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor interactions, manage escalations, and advocate for customer needs.
• Support success initiatives; maximize platform value and security outcomes.
• Conduct technical reviews, onboarding, training, and product education to accelerate adoption.
• Gather feedback, communicate improvements, and collaborate on product enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, customer success engineering, or similar role.
• Experience in cybersecurity/security operations; familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong communication/presentation skills; able to engage executive stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and proactive problem-solving; able to work independently in fast-paced
• Experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, sandbox analysis, or similar security tech
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
