Technical Account Manager (North East)

📋 Description

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, and webinars on Ajax products.
• Present product roadmaps and updates to Ajax Systems distributors and dealers.
• Manage and schedule open classes, private classes and on-demand training.
• Promote solutions tailored to customer needs; provide technical consultations.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, access control and fire systems.
• Hands-on design/installation of video surveillance, fire alarm, or security systems.
• Experience delivering offline and online technical training.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips, trade shows, and events.
• NICET and ESA certifications.
