📋 Description

• Proactively advise customers as a technical advisor on automation adoption.
• Drive platform adoption; translate usage into engagement plans and expansions.
• Provide platform infra, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Advise on AI agents, LLM workflows for retail, travel, supply chain use cases.
• Guide transformation of RPA/BPA to agentic automation with governance.
• Educate on best practices; conduct design/code reviews and health checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
• Background in programming: .NET; C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or PowerShell
• Hands-on with AI tech: LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector DBs
• AI infra knowledge: hosting, latency, governance, security, cost
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication; stakeholder mgmt; English fluency
