Technical Account Manager - Territory - Partnerships

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Partners to surface technical requests and guidance.
• Drive technical engagement for customer integrations, reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Act as a technical expert on Plaid products for actionable guidance.
• Partner with Account Managers to align on the right level of technical support.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Plaid API, architecture, and product offerings.
• Prioritize inbound requests and resolve technical roadblocks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing tech role; partnerships experience preferred.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems infrastructure, troubleshooting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Customer-first mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
