📋 Description

  • Be the first line of defence for Strategic portfolio support (AU focus).
  • Track, prioritise, and drive resolutions for high-value sellers.
  • Identify and follow up with engineers on bugs and features; own issues.
  • Build relationships with enterprise contacts across operations, finance, execs, and tech support.
  • Communicate developments, updates and problems to internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years in customer service, implementation, or account management
  • Deep understanding of Square's first-party products across global markets
  • Experience supporting Australian sellers
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and written/verbal communication; technical skills valued
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Knowledge of Australian payment regulations and compliance
