📋 Description

• Own technical accounting: Lead the documentation of all technical accounting policies (cost of
• Serve as an advisor on strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Review monthly financials for adherence to accounting policies
• Lead preparation of audit and IPO preparedness: Coordinate with external audit firm on quarterly
• Lead the evaluation of presentation of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with current financial statement disclosures requirements

🎯 Requirements

• CPA license
• 2-5+ years at Big Four firm preferably servicing public companies
• 2-5+ years in house at high-growth enterprise software company
• Proficient in US GAAP
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI
• Desire to drive operational efficiency to scale the accounting function
