Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• We are Gravie. Join a Finance & Accounting team as a subject matter expert on complex
• Research technical accounting issues, draft position papers, and partner cross-functionally on new
• Lead implementation efforts for new standards and monitor FASB updates.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, and business teams on accounting implications of deals.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close involving technical accounting judgments.
• Assist with cash flow statements, debt covenant reporting, and impairment analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or industry)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP including ASC 606, ASC 480, ASC 815, ASC 470, ASC 825
• Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
• Experience preparing technical memos and supporting audit requests
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple priorities
