Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead US GAAP research across ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718, ASC 340-40.
• Draft technical accounting memos with audit-defensible rationale.
• Monitor FASB/SEC developments; assess impact to Armada’s business model.
• Evaluate accounting implications of new products, business models, and strategic transactions
• Support audit readiness: prep of schedules, reconcile accounts, and liaise with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years progressive accounting experience with technical depth.
• Public accounting experience required; Big 4 preferred.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge with ASC 606, 842, 718, 340-40.
• Direct experience with public SEC filers.
• Experience preparing or reviewing technical accounting memos and position papers.
• SOX compliance understanding; CPA license required.
