📋 Description

• Own and maintain the Technical Accounting Positions Register
• Draft audit-ready memos on significant transactions
• Own the group accounting policy suite and updates
• Review major contracts pre-signature and advise on accounting
• Lead the technical dialogue with the external auditor
• Monitor new standards and SEC developments; lead adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CPA or equivalent) with US GAAP expertise
• 8+ years in Big Four or in-house technical accounting
• Ability to write clear, well-structured technical memos and policies
• Strong command of ASC 842, 606, 718, 805, 326, 470/835
• Experience defending technical positions with auditors
• IPO-readiness or SEC-registrant experience an advantage
