Technical Accounting & Reporting Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Support complex accounting matters for a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Build scalable processes and robust internal controls (SOX).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR.
• Enhance external reporting readiness, including disclosures and process improvements.
• Partner with external auditors/consultants for timely conclusions on accounting matters.
• Provide training and mentorship on technical accounting topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 7+ years in Big 4 or corporate accounting at SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; experience with SOX framework.
• ERP systems familiarity (Netsuite, Workiva preferred).
• Excellent communication; self-starter with strong organization.
