Technical AI Trainer

📋 Description

• Design and deliver hands-on AI training across Development, QA, and DevOps.
• Own and evolve the training curriculum to stay current.
• Review trainees' code and exercises, giving practical feedback.
• Stay hands-on with AI tools, coding assistants, MCP servers, and AI-driven CI/CD.
• Deliver practical training in AI-assisted software delivery, including coding, tests, and CI/CD.
• Apply broad knowledge across the full SDLC, not limited to a single area.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of hands-on software engineering across the full SDLC.
• 2+ years daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent).
• 1+ year of AI-assisted test automation experience (e.g., Playwright).
• 1+ year of AI-assisted code review experience.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline configuration, including 6–12 months of AI/MCP-driven automation knowledge.
• 2+ years coaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training.
