📋 Description

• Collaborate with the menu team to accurately set up and configure the restaurant’s menu before
• Ensure network setup and verification are completed prior to hardware installation.
• Install, configure, and provide training on Chowbus products, including hardware and networking

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required. Bilingual proficiency in Cantonese, Korean
• Prior customer services experience or customer facing experience is required
• 1+ years of software operations and hardware installation experience is highly preferred
• Prior startup experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
