Technical Assurance Lead

📋 Description

• Lead public sector compliance programs (FedRAMP High, DoD SRG) with 3PAOs.
• Oversee Security Risk Mgmt & A&A: risk assessments, POAM, vulnerability mgmt.
• Drive cross-functional control implementation with product, eng, security, legal.
• Set intake/remediation cadences; report program health to leadership.
• Manage auditors, assessors, and certification bodies.
• Maintain security docs and GRC tooling; upload evidence to eMASS/Xacta.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in security compliance, technology audit, GRC, cloud security, or related roles.
• Experience implementing FedRAMP, DoD Cloud SRG, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53.
• Deep familiarity with STIG/RMF, ISO 27001/9001/42001, SOC 2, or equivalent.
• Experience in project management from conception to launch.
• Translate business/technical risk and communicate clearly to leadership.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and assess cloud architecture against compliance.
