Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze and document requirements.
• Create functional and technical docs: process flows, use cases, user stories.
• Liaise between customers, projects, and technical teams.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Provide support while contributing to longer-term project work.
• Analyze current processes and identify tech-enabled improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years as a Technical/Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Experience with SQL, writing queries to analyze data.
• Experience in Azure or Azure DevOps.
• Self-starter, independent with ownership mindset.
• Own large work items (epics/features) with limited oversight.
• Experience gathering requirements via direct stakeholder engagement.
• Build productive relationships; communicate with tech and business partners.
• Experience providing operational/production support; triage/resolution.
• Strong problem solver across people, systems, and documentation.
