Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Support data-focused initiatives by working with data architects and analysts
• Track progress, manage backlogs, and coordinate releases using JIRA and Confluence
• Contribute to testing, implementation, and issue resolution for quality delivery
• Align business, data, and technology teams to delivery goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as Technical Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server); MongoDB a plus
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design artifacts
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data management or data transformation is a plus
