Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery workshops with engineering, product, business, and technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain detailed requirements matrices covering data types, system interfaces
• Own scope tracking and MVP boundary management, documenting agreed scope and ensuring changes are
• Maintain business glossaries, metadata standards, data governance documentation, and other
• Coordinate across concurrent workstreams to ensure data contracts, canonical definitions, and
• Facilitate technical feasibility discussions, track open questions and dependencies, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced
• 5+ years as business analyst, technical business analyst, or requirements analyst in data
• Experience facilitating structured discovery workshops with technical and non-technical
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, and lakehouse patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS data environments (S3, Glue, Redshift, DataZone, Lake Formation) preferred
• Experience with light project management: milestone tracking, status reporting, risk tracking
